AS AN EXPERIENCE DESIGNER & FACILITATOR

I create forums and programs for collaborative, generative engagement, often with an educational purpose. These forums are alive as places where something can happen that wouldn’t otherwise. This may involve redesigning existing forums or starting over. As a facilitator, my skills and presence enable the next best possibilities to emerge.

AS A 1x1 COACH

I attract leaders facing and learning through complex challenges, especially when taking on new, bigger or different responsibilities. At times, this corresponds with disorienting transitions in life and work, and when it is time to redefine how you operate. AS A LEADERSHIP TEAM COACH

I support leaders and teams that have shifted in composition or function in order to realize visionary outcomes at scale. This commonly means working with you and your team to redesign how you focus on issues and make decisions. It extends to how relationships within the team affect not just the team, but the larger organization.

CONNECTING BOARD CHAIR AND CEO

When one or both people in the relationship is new to the role, I partner with them to develop the strong working relationship that enables the board to and the senior company team to play the critical—but different-roles. They build confidence in each other and learn how to handle “normal” and “crisis” and make adjustments together.
